When uploading compressed archives, the files within can only be the file types listed here.

  • Compressed files should not contain additional compressed files. If there are, they are discarded and will not appear in your available files.
  • Compressed files can contain any number of directories and subdirectories. However, all files will end up at the top level when decompressed. Existing files with the same name and extension will be skipped.
  • It is suggested that each upload/zip contains only one Key file. However, if it contains more than one, you can move them into their own group below or singly choose the Key file along with accompanying files if any before turning it into an asset.
